The Truth Project

I am embarking on  a repeat study with my small group using Focus on the Family material called  "The Truth Project".   I am humbled and thrilled to see this small group of faith filled believers want to tackle their world view and bring it to Christ in submission for His altering truth to impact their lives.   The question on the banner is a lead in for all of us, does what we believe really impact our lives in a real way.   

I believe that if I cross the street without looking both ways the likelihood of me being hit by a car is huge, so I don't do that.   I believe that if I ensure I see my children often it will develop bonds of attachment, so I do that.  The question is do I believe that Jesus is present with me everywhere, that His truth is not relative, that I have all of the power of God in me to overcome sin?   If I do then my life should be different...the big question - Is it?  This is not just a thought, it is a real and vibrant challenge.
